Doug did an outstanding job as the listing agent for the sale of the home of my deceased son. I don't live near Las Vegas so I needed to work with someone I could trust to represent my interests. He was helpful and professional in setting an appropriate listing price and negotiating the selling price. He also oversaw a range of other services: clearing clutter left behind by a tenant; completing several repair projects; resolving a security issue, etc. Throughout this process Doug has kept me and legal counsel well-informed. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Doug provided us with professional advice and assistance throughout the entire process of listing and selling our townhouse. Doug did an exceptional job helping us find and purchase the property we wanted. In our case, it is an 1031 exchange purchase so it was limited by both the time frame, property type (for rental purpose) and price (we did not want to spend too much above the price we sold our other property). Doug was very knowledgeable about the 1031 exchange. He is also very familiar with the Henderson area, where we want to purchase the property, in particular the school district. Furthermore he knows in and out of the house, the layouts, the appliances, the utility, and HOA requirements. He is very friendly, patient and not pushy. We are very happy his professional service helping us to find the property we wanted. He also assisted us to smoothly complete the 1031 exchange transaction.

Doug is an outstanding realtor. As opposed to most agents, he has an engineering background and he is very knowledgeable with regard to more technical property details. He has a very good feel for the local real estate market and he is an excellent negotiator. He is prompt, smart, and just an all around nice guy.
